And the heaven honours her,
The Earth worships her,
Every man shouts her:

That the Eternal Father
Wanted as Mother
Of the true Messiah.”

Dòu ciel la gran via.
 Oh what a beautiful glory,
Of a God she is the Mother,
To make for the man
To heaven the great way.

Per Ella es la via,
Jesù lou viage.
L’ome l’eretage

Jesus the journey.
The man [his] heritage
Without Her would lose.

Come and assist [us],
Come and protect [us]
[During] our death pangs.

En fin de la vida
Aurèn la vitoria,
Canterèn la gloria
Qu’es vouostra, Maria.
At the end of the life
We will get the victory,
We will sing the glory
That is yours, Mary.

1. I.e. the Very High.
2. Si laude = literally: it is praised.
