1st verse
Sus! campanié, revihas-vous!
Lou jour parèis, l’aubo es levado,
Veici l’urouso matinado
Mounte devèn renaisse tous.
Diéu vèn, e pèr soun arribado,
Sounas la proumiero sounado!
Fès que la grosso sone avan.
     Din, don, din, dan!
     Digue, digue, digue dan!
     Din, don, din, dan!
Diéu s’es fach enfant
Pèr sauva lou gènre uman.
     Din, don, din, dan!
     Foro, Satan (twice)
     Plus gis de guerro! (twice)
Que tout sie nóuvèu;
La glòri au Cèu
E la pas sus la terro!
Hurry up! bell ringers, wake up!
The day appears, dawn raised,
Here is happy morning
Where we have to all come to life again.
God comes, and for his arrival,
Ring the first ringing!
Make the big [bell] rings before.
     Ding, dong, ding, dang!
     Digue, digue, digue dang!
     Ding, dong, ding, dang!
God became child
To save the human race.
     Ding, dong, ding, dang!
     Get out, Satan (twice)
     No more war! (twice)
Everything be new;
Glory in Heaven
And peace on Earth!

2nd verse
La perlo ei raioun dòu soulèu
Se formo dedins la couquiho:
Diéu s’es fourma dins uno fiho
Pèr un astre plus grand qu’aquéu;
Enfin, en aquesto journado,
Aquelo perlo s’es fourmado
Pèr lou pres de nosto rançoun,
     Din, dan, din, doun!
     Digue, digue, digue doun!
     Din, dan, din, doun!
Veici lou segound,
Qu’es en formo de trignoun.
     Din, dan, din, doun!
     Foro, demoun! (twice)
     Plus gis de guerro! (twice)
Que tout sie nouvèu,
La glòri au Cèu
E la pas sus la terro!
The pearl and the ray of sunshine
Are forming in the shell:
God formed himself in a girl
To a star greater than this one (1);
Last, in this day,
This pearl formed itself
For price of our ranson,
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
     Digue, digue, digue dong!
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
There is the second (2)
That is in chimes form.
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
     Get out, demon! (twice)
     No more war! (twice)
Everything be new;
Glory in Heaven
And peace on Earth!

3rd verse
     Digue, digue, digue doun!
     Din, dan, din, doun!
N’es-ti pas resoun
De recounèisse un tau doun?
     Din, dan, din, doun!
     E leissen dounc (twice)
     Lei causo vano, (twice)
E que nòstei cor
Sonon plus fort
Que toutei lei campano!
 Courage! here is the light:
God gives it to his creature,
There is no more night in the nature,
Neither shadow nor darkness:
Hurry up, are giving for the public joy,
Violin, oboe, bass and music!
Play all him chimes.
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
     Digue, digue, digue dong!
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
Isn’t it reason
To recognize such a gift?
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
And so let us leave (twice)
     The vain causes, (twice)
And let our heart
Ring louder
Thant all bells!

4th verse
Tafort! anen, fau mai souna!
Gros campanié, prenès courage!
Que Diéu benigue voste óubrage:
Per reculi, fau samena.
Din, dan! aurés la bono estreno,
La cachomaio sera pleno:
Es aujourd’uei lou jou de l’an.
     Din, dan, din, doun!
     Digue, digue, digue doun!
     Din, dan, din, doun!
Lei bèus escut blanc
Que toumbon dins vòstei man!
     Din, doun, din, dan!
     Que d’escut blanc! (twice)
     N’aurés de rèsto... (twice)
Acò’s proun souna,
Venès dina
Pèr acaba la fèsto.
Pull hard (3)! let’s go, we have to ring again!
Fat bell ringers, take courage!
Let God bless your work:
Before pick, we have to sow.
Ding, dang! you will get the good gift,
The piggy bank will be full:
It’s today New Year’s Day.
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
     Digue, digue, digue dong!
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
The beautiful white crowns
Falling down in your hand!
     Ding, dang, ding, dong!
     How white crowns! (twice)
You will get left over... (twice)
So, has rung long enough,
Come and have dinner
To complete the feast.

1. The sun.
2. Second ringing (this second ringing is in chimes form).
3. Tafort ! (for tiras fort “pull hard”): kind of exclamation, a cry by manoeuvres to help one another to pull a burden.
